配送與送達日期

訂單在通過驗證和信用審核後，我們通常會在2到7個工作日內（不包括公眾假期）將訂單發出。請注意，在促銷期間或銷售旺季，由於訂單量大，部分訂單的發送可能會有所延遲。星期六、星期日和香港公眾假期不被視為工作日。請注意：我們的工作時間以香港的日曆和當地時間（香港時間）為準。

國際運送

我們目前使用順豐速遞為國際訂單提供配送服務，並將按照固定費率收取運費。

香港內的送遞

我們將使用順豐速遞為香港內的所有訂單提供配送服務，運費由收件人支付。

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will be dispatched usually within 2-7 business days once the order is confirmed (excluding public holidays). Additionally, dispatch delays for some orders may occur due to the high volume of orders placed during promotional periods or sales. Saturday, Sunday, and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered business days. Please note: We follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (HKT).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently use SF EXPRESS for international orders. The shipments will be charged on flat rate basis.

DELIVERY WITHIN HONG KONG

All orders will send out by SF EXPRESS using payment by the receiver.
