Returns and exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to a defect , you must submit your request within 11 days of receiving the item and provide your order number . UNTOUCHED UNITED will not accept any returns without written communication and authorization confirmation via WhatsApp/email.
Exchange shipping fee
- All costs incurred due to exchanges or returns (such as shipping, customs duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of exchanges, the customer will need to pay additional reshipment fees.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, and for ensuring that the product packaging is intact, unworn, and in its original purchase condition (salable condition). Any liability issues will be handled and resolved directly between the seller and the customer. The respective seller's terms and conditions apply.
Exchange
- After inspection and approval, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
- All promotional items, discounts, and promotional items, including any discounts/promotional codes used, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- UNTOUCHED UNITED does not accept or assume any responsibility for lost or damaged goods returned by customers during transit. Therefore, customers are strongly advised to use reputable logistics companies with tracking numbers.
- UNTOUCHED UNITED will not accept any returned goods without prior written communication via WhatsApp/email.
Promotional items, special release items and collaborative items
- All promotional, sale, special release, limited edition, and collaboration merchandise are final sales items . Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
- Please carefully review your order before purchasing these items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT , it must be requested within 11 days of delivery indicated by the customer's ORDER NUMBER provided. UNTOUCHED UNITED will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via WhatsApp/email and authorized confirmation.
Exchant Shipping
- All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie, shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee that the products are packaged and delivered intact, unworn, and in original purchased condition (Sellable Condition). If any matters of liability arise, the issue will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.
EXCHANGES
- Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.
- All SALE ITEMS, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
- UNTOUCHED UNITED does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended that customers use a reputable form of logistics with a tracking number.
