Return and Exchange Policy

Important: UNTOUCHED UNITED does not offer returns or accept any refunds. We only provide exchange services for products with quality defects or incorrect sizing. Please carefully consider and check the size chart before purchasing.

Eligibility and Timeframe for Exchange Requests

If you need to exchange due to product defects (manufacturing issues, damage, etc.) or incorrect sizing, you must request it within 11 days of receiving the product and provide your order number.

Please first communicate with us in writing via WhatsApp or email. Only after authorization and confirmation can you send the product back. We will not accept any returned products without written authorization.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities for Exchanges

All costs related to exchanges (including return shipping, reshipping, customs duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
If you choose to exchange directly at a UNTOUCHED UNITED store, no additional shipping fees are required (subject to store inventory availability).
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are well-packaged, unworn, and in their original purchase condition (saleable condition, including intact tags and complete accessories). We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping and strongly recommend using a reputable courier with tracking.

Exchange Processing and Restrictions

After inspection and approval, suitable exchanges will be offered (such as different sizes or other feasible options), or store credit may be provided depending on the situation.
All promotional items, discounted products, special editions, limited editions, and collaboration products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
We will not accept any returned products without written communication and authorization via WhatsApp or email.
