Subscription and Pre-order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered through subscription or pre-order. The following policy explains how to change or cancel these types of purchases. Please read carefully before buying.

Subscription

After purchasing a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency. Your payment information will be securely stored, and payments will be automatically charged for each delivery (unless you choose to pay in full upfront).

Certain subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the term. Please be sure to keep track of the renewal date yourself. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel proactively before the renewal date.

Once automatic renewal takes effect, we do not accept any refunds or cancellations in any form. To cancel or change your subscription, please manage your subscription as early as possible via the order link in the order confirmation email.

Pre-order

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are ordering a product that is not yet in stock or is about to be released. We may charge a deposit or full payment at checkout (depending on the requirements at the time of pre-order) and store your payment method to collect the remaining balance on a specified future date.

If the order has not yet shipped, you may cancel the pre-order. We reserve the right to unconditionally cancel any pre-order (for example, due to product scarcity, suspected scalping, or other unforeseen circumstances). Cancellations will be processed through the website, and any paid amount (full or partial, based on what you paid at pre-order) will be refunded.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but refunds may be requested according to the return policy.
