Shipping and Delivery Dates

Once the order is verified and credit approval is completed, and confirmed, it is usually shipped within 2–7 business days (excluding public holidays).

During promotional events or peak sales periods, due to high order volumes, some orders may experience shipping delays.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays are not counted as business days.
We follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (HKT).

International Shipping

We accept overseas orders and offer international shipping services.

Generally, we use SF Express to send international orders.
