Delivery and Arrival Dates

After your order passes verification and credit approval, we usually ship orders within 2 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays). Please note that during promotional periods or peak sales seasons, some orders may experience delays due to high order volumes. Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered business days. Please note: our working hours follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (Hong Kong Time).

International Shipping

We currently use SF Express to provide delivery services for international orders, with shipping fees charged at a fixed rate.

Delivery within Hong Kong

We use SF Express to deliver all orders within Hong Kong.
