Return and Exchange Policy

As a local Hong Kong fashion brand, UNTOUCHED UNITED does not accept any returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product has quality defects (such as manufacturing issues, damage, etc.).
• The size does not fit.

Exchange requests must be made within 11 days of receipt and include the order number. Please contact us in writing first via WhatsApp or email. Only after authorization confirmation can the product be sent back. Returns without written authorization will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping Fees and Notes

• All costs arising from exchanges (including return shipping, reshipping, customs duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the customer chooses to exchange directly at an UNTOUCHED UNITED store, no additional shipping fees are required (subject to store stock availability).
• We strongly recommend carefully checking our size chart before purchase to avoid size issues.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are well-packaged, unworn, and in their original purchase condition (saleable condition, including intact tags and complete accessories). UNTOUCHED UNITED is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping; we recommend using a reputable courier with tracking.

Exchange Process and Restrictions

• After inspection and approval, exchanges for the same style in different sizes/colors or store credit will be provided, depending on the situation.
• All promotional items, discounted products, special editions, limited editions, and collaboration products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
• Please carefully review your order and product details before purchase, especially for promotional or limited items.
• UNTOUCHED UNITED will not accept any returned products without prior written communication and authorization via WhatsApp or email.
